Google Adwords Specialist for PPCall Campaigns

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
We are looking to add additional members to our google AdWords team.
Our company handles local Contracting clients in the United States. Currently, we have over 1100 clients and we continue to grow.

We need 2 more Google Adwords Pros to help design and optimize campaigns for:

Pay per click
Pay per call

Must be familiar with both types of campaigns. Ability to create campaigns, ad groups, ads and associated KW's and above all, know how to increase quality score

Must be able to keep all campaigns under budget and profitable.
We charge our clients based on leads, not clicks!

So you must be able to manage and optimize each campaign to get results.
