Google AdWords campaigns & dynamic retarget ads via Shopify

We need someone highly experienced with Google Shopping and Google AdWords to set up AdWords campaigns, and create dynamic retargeting ads based on Shopping feed from Shopify store for a client of ours in the fashion accessories market.

• AdWords campaigns need to reach new customers looking for related brands & products.
• Shopping feed needs to be completed to deliver dynamic ads
• Dynamic retargeting and display ads need to retarget customers who have browsed our client's site, with relevant product from the shopping feed.

We anticipate an initial setup cost and possibly monthly maintenance on an ongoing basis. We would work with the freelancer to confirm campaign targeting & ad creative.
