Google Ads Specialist for Ecommerce Jewellery Ongoing Management

Hi,
I run a UK-based jewellery business specialising in memorial and breastmilk keepsake pieces. These are highly personal, made-to-order products, so the buying journey is more considered than typical ecommerce.
I’m looking for someone to manage and optimise our Google Ads ongoing, not just set them up.
Important:
This is not a generic ecommerce product, so I’m looking for someone who understands:
High-intent search behaviour
Emotional / considered purchases
Scaling what converts, not just driving clicks
