Description
Experience Level: Expert
I have an electrical safety business that carries out electrical inspections for landlords, home buyers and businesses. The inspections are legally mandatory in many industries, but particularly in the private rental sector, so there is a big market for this.
Currently I'm getting my leads from a 3rd party, however they are charging a huge commission, both on the initial lead, and on subsequent work that follows. It's at the point where their commission is costing me the work, as it's so unreasonable, that landlords and home buyers are simply going elsewhere because the price becomes uncompetitive. Their online system, which I have no choice but to work with, is also clunky and unreliable, and getting them to respond to issues is a nightmare.
In short, I've had enough, and would like to start generating my own leads. I've had multiple businesses before, so very aware of how Google and other PPC ads work. The buying intent for this service is huge, customers come looking for it right at the point that they need it, and as I know from personal experience, will book online and pay upfront if properly prompted.
I'm looking for someone who wants to work with me long term on a 'per booked job' basis. I'm proposing round £25 - £30 per booked job as reasonable, which should be quite passive at your end when the campaigns have been built and optimised. Fulfilment of the service, the labour intensive bit, will be done at my end. You can just generate the leads, tweaking as we go.
Please let me know if you're interested. UK based, English speaking ONLY please. Please ignore budget.
