Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Adjust bidding strategies and implement necessary changes for maximizing the return on investment.
Perform comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and strategy.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Google Ads.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
Experience with keyword research and audience targeting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, and SEM concepts.
Excellent communication skills.
Google Ads Certification would be a plus.
Experience in the property or letting industry would be highly beneficial.
