We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimise paid search campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
You should have a track record of delivering measurable results across Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and/or Performance Max.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Write high-converting ad copy
Optimise campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager)
Provide regular performance reports with clear insights
Requirements:
Proven results (please share case studies or campaign performance data)
Strong understanding of bidding strategies and account structure
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics
Ability to identify and scale winning campaigns
Clear communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in lead generation and/or eCommerce
Landing page optimisation knowledge
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
