Google Ads Campaign Setup, Management & Performance Reporting

Laurel Skin is preparing for a new product launch and we are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to support the campaign execution process from setup to reporting.

The scope of work includes setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and/or Performance Max, optimizing targeting and budgets, monitoring daily performance, and providing clear performance reports with actionable insights.

We need someone who understands how to build effective campaigns for product launches, improve conversion performance, track key metrics, and communicate results clearly. Experience with beauty, skincare, or e-commerce brands is a plus.

This is a freelance/project-based role, not a full-time recruitment position.
