Google ad campaign

We are a small engineering company, mainly specialise in fabrication works. we have recently been doing some work with landscapers so want to target them with a ads campaign. we have added an additional page on our website sprecifitly for landscapers who need metal works for their jobs (gates, rails, pagodas etc)

what we require is someone to create the right campaign for this works. also to have a look at our existing ads to see if these can be improved as these were done in house.
