Freelance Meta Business Suite & Social Media Specialist Wanted

We’re looking for an experienced Meta Business Suite / Social Media Specialist to help professionally set up and manage the social media side of our growing property management and short-term rental business.

This is not just a content creation role. We need someone who is confident with the technical setup of Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business, as well as paid advertising and ongoing campaigns.

What we need help with:

• Fully audit and correctly set up our Meta Business Suite / Business Portfolio
• Organise and connect our existing Facebook business pages and Instagram accounts
• Set up and connect WhatsApp Business accounts/numbers
• Help integrate WhatsApp and social channels with our Property Management System (PMS)
• Check permissions, users, assets and account ownership are correctly structured
• Set up Meta Ads Manager, pixels/tracking and audiences where required
• Create, launch and manage targeted Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
• Develop campaigns aimed at property owners, landlords and potential management clients
• Help develop campaigns for direct guest bookings
• Set up retargeting and lead-generation campaigns
• Review performance, leads and advertising spend and continually optimise campaigns
• Help structure our overall Facebook and Instagram presence
• Assist with ongoing social media strategy and setup

Important: We are looking for someone who can genuinely design advertising creatives and campaigns, rather than simply producing generic AI-generated posts. We want professional, brand-led content and someone who understands what makes paid social advertising convert.

Experience working with property management, estate agents, serviced accommodation, hospitality, Airbnb or short-term rentals would be a major advantage.

We already have an established property management business, existing social accounts and property listings. We now want someone to come in, get the technical setup right and build a professional advertising and social media system around the business.
