Google Ads Specialist Needed to Fix and Scale Our Campaigns
We’re a small UK training company delivering First Aid and Fire Safety courses to businesses across the UK. Our current Google Ads setup is underperforming, and we need a specialist who can turn it into a reliable, profitable lead generator.
What you’ll be doing
Full audit and rebuild of existing campaigns (if required)
Tight, intent-based keyword targeting and negative keyword control
Competitor positioning and ad copy improvement
Boosting Quality Scores and lowering cost per lead
Fixing conversion tracking properly, including:
GA4 + Google Tag Manager setup
On-page triggers for forms, calls, bookings, and button clicks
Ensuring all conversions feed back into Ads correctly
Ongoing optimisation and reporting

We run on a small Google Ads budget of £50/day, so we need someone who understands how to maximise performance on limited spend.
