I’m looking for an experienced Google Merchant Center and Google Ads specialist to help resolve a misrepresentation suspension on our Merchant Center account and ensure our Shopify store is correctly integrated and compliant.
Background:
We run a UK-based e-commerce business operating two websites under the same company:
www.aztecleisure.co.uk — currently active and working fine
www.bigout.co.uk — our online-only store, which has been suspended in Google Merchant Center for misrepresentation
We believe the issue may have stemmed from a lack of transparency in our original privacy policy
We’ve now:
Taken bigout.co.uk offline
Updated our privacy policy and made it clear that both websites are operated by the same company
Tried to clean up our account, but now find that we have multiple Merchant Center profiles and are unsure which is the correct one
Hit a dead end trying to request a review — the Merchant Center currently offers no clear appeal option
What We Need:
A clear audit and explanation of what caused the misrepresentation suspension
Any additional recommendations for compliance to ensure nothing else is being flagged
Help removing or consolidating duplicate Google Merchant Center profiles
Reconfiguration or cleanup of the Shopify + Google Merchant Center integration
Assistance submitting a successful review/appeal to Google
Ensure our product feed and account setup are fully compliant going forward
