Fix for Google Sopping Misrepresentation suspension

We have received a notification from Google shopping that our products have been removed due to a failure of the site to meet their misrepresentation criteria.

I have read through the policy and I am not ware of which issues are causing the suspension. I have contacted Google twice but they have been unable to offer any further information.
