Hello and welcome to PouchSmart.
We are a fast-growing sustainable packaging company seeking a Meta Ads specialist to relaunch, optimise our Facebook & Instagram advertising with a clear focus on qualified lead generation. This is a performance-driven project focused on generating applications for our sample packs, from real businesses.
We already have campaigns running inside Meta Business Suite. Some require auditing, restructuring, and reactivation.
Scope of Work:
Audit and repair existing campaigns
Optimise structure (Campaign → Ad Set → Ad)
Optimise targeting for coffee roasters and small food brands
Ensure accurate tracking for our Jotform submissions
Build new lead-generation funnels
Upload and segment our client database for custom & lookalike audiences
Install / verify pixel & conversion tracking
Optimise conversion campaigns driving traffic to our existing Jotform, ensuring accurate Meta Pixel and conversion tracking. Optionally test Meta Instant Lead Forms against our Jotform for performance comparison.
Train our our marketing manager to manage weekly optimisation
Provide performance check-ins
Primary Goal- Generate qualified sample pack requests and B2B leads (not vanity metrics).
We measure success by:
Cost per qualified lead
Sample pack applications
Calendar bookings for quotes
Conversion rate
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience running B2B Meta lead campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking & pixel
Confident explaining technical setup
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
This project covers full setup, optimisation, and structured handover training. Ongoing support available if performance targets are met.
