We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meta & Google Ads specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns on a monthly retainer basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing ad performance, maximizing ROI, and developing effective ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Design professional ad creatives and copy
- Perform daily campaign optimization and A/B testing
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT - Conversion Tracking:
Our booking system uses an embedded Timely scheduling widget (iframe). You MUST have experience setting up proper conversion tracking for iframe-based booking systems, including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking to properly attribute bookings made within third-party iframes.
PRICING STRUCTURE:
Please submit your proposal as a FIXED MONTHLY RETAINER FEE.
Include in your proposal:
- Your monthly management fee
- What this fee includes (creative design, daily optimization, reporting frequency)
- Any setup fees (if applicable)
- Minimum commitment period you require
- Free trial period (if any you happy to offer)
Note: Ad spend budget is separate and will be discussed with selected candidates. We want to compare monthly management fees to find the right long-term partner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years managing Meta and Google Ads with proven results
- Portfolio showing measurable ROAS improvements
- Experience with cross-domain tracking and iframe conversion setup
- Creative design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Timely booking software integration
