Description
Experience Level: Expert
Objective: Create, launch, and manage paid social and search advertising campaigns to drive:
- Workshop/service bookings via “Book Now” link (Booxi booking page).
- Test ride bookings via integrated Booqable widget on the website.
Scope of Work:
- Campaign Setup
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (targeting males 50-65, within 100 miles of Sheffield).
- Google Ads (local campaigns + search/traffic campaigns).
- Use stock images and 15-second video clips provided for ad creatives.
Conversion Tracking
- Install and configure Google Tag Manager on Readymag website.
- Install GA4 and set up custom events for our existing website including:
- Book Now button clicks (Booxi)
- Test ride bookings (Booqable checkout).
- Install and configure Facebook Pixel for the same events.
- Ensure all events can be measured and reported.
Ad Creative & Management
- Create ad copy, headlines, and image/video combinations optimised for engagement and clicks.
- Schedule and post ads.
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly.
Reporting: Provide clear reports on:
- Cost per service booking
- Cost per test ride
- Overall ROAS
- Audience engagement metrics
- Recommend optimizations for audience, targeting, or creatives.
Constraints & Considerations
- Website is built on Readymag — no major site code changes are allowed.
- Must integrate with existing Booxi and Booqable widgets.
- All tracking must respect GDPR / UK data regulations.
Deliverables:
- Fully functional conversion tracking setup (GA4 + Facebook Pixel via GTM)
- Campaigns live across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Weekly performance report
- Recommendations for improvements
Required Experience:
- Proven experience with multi-platform advertising and conversion tracking
- Experience with local business targeting and retail campaigns
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads
- Ability to create compelling ad creatives using supplied media
Optional / Bonus:
Experience with bike shops, outdoor sports, or e-bikes.
We would like to create a long term relationship with a freelancer who understands the market and can be flexible to our budget over the seasons. We appreciate up front honesty on pricing and will be willing to discuss payment based on performance.
