Digital Marketer for Ad Campaigns

I need someone familiar with digital marketing to implement a digital marketing campaign through online platforms, facebook, twitter, instagram, paper click, google ads and affiliate marketing. We have the designs, messaging and images to target higher education students to take up an online degree programme in specific countries.
You will need to create and or schedule the ads, upload and provide feedback on your industry insights and the implementation of the campaign across platforms.
