Complete Marketing Solution Required

Hello,

I am a developer and I have created a SaaS tool to help ecommerce store (and other website types) with their conversion. I have been dithering a bit in the release and hence there are some competitors out there.

I am looking to hire someone that I can almost treat as my a partner (this is key to me) who will suggest things to help build the business and move forward and as such I am open to a profit share type arrangement or a straight fee arrangement (or mixture).

At the moment the key things that I want are
- check the website content / setup out and highlight any improvements
- highlight key words or where marketing should occur
- help plan a marketing spend on a combination of places (google ads, PPC, social marketing etc)

I will then need ongoing help with optimising the marketing spend, and want to be in a place where I am getting a decent ROI on marketing spend.

I will ignore all replies unless the first sentence is "Pineapples and ice"

The plan is for this to be an ongoing relationship - and the budget below has just been selected because its what PPH has suggested

I will provide more details on the website to any shortlisted applications.
