Hi, looking for a PPC expert to help solve a tracking issue. Looking for some advice! A client is using HubSpot to collect data, but Google has suddenly started flagging this error (after a year):
"Offline conversion data has issues that prevent conversions from being processed. Make sure your data is sent properly and is well-formed and valid."
We’ve read through Google’s documentation, but both myself and the client are still a bit confused.
Question: Is this more likely an issue on the HubSpot side, or something within Google dashboards?
