Due to excellent diversification in the last 12 months, and exciting plans for the future, we are looking for an Expert Google Ads Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for the planning, launching and optimisation of lead generation campaigns - emphasis being on acquisition cost, volume, as well as lead quality. We're looking for someone who is a pro and dedicated to their craft - passionate about what they do, continuously learning, and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments. If you enjoy launching, managing, and growing campaigns - then this role could be for you!

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategise, plan and launch brand new campaigns (Keywords, Ads, Structure, Landing Pages and so forth)
- Optimise campaigns to hit volume, CPA and quality metrics
- Scale and grow campaigns once initial targets have been hit
- Analyse digital metrics to the detail e.g site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, device use, locations and implement necessary changes
- Split test and suggest improvements for landing pages and forms
- Liaise with team members and clients to achieve the above
**Key Experience**
- At least 5 years experience launching, managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads Search
- Experience managing an ad spend of at least £50,000/month on any single Account
- Experience with relevant platforms including Google Analytics, Data Studio and SEMRush
- Specific experience with lead generation with hitting strict acquisition costs
- Experience / understanding of conversion rate optimisation
- Experience on other platforms / channels preferred but not necessary (Bing, Google Display, Youtube so forth)
- Experience in financial markets and/or United Kingdom markets preferred but not necessary

- Excellent organisational and time management skills - ability prioritise a variety of tasks, campaigns, projects and responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed whilst optimising and improving results
- Proactive nature and willingness to test and learn

**Hours & Pay**
Hours - For the right person, any initial engagement will only require 10 hours a week of their time. There is flexibility with the actual work hours due to the nature of the job. However you'd need to be online during our core work hours (based around a typical UK work day) to respond to any campaign related requests which may arise on a day to day basis.
Pay - We will offer a fair hourly rate based on your experience and needs. It's not fixed, can be negotiated and even increased with good performance.
