IGaming & Affiliate Outreach Recruiter Needed

I’m building an international network of active iGaming community partners, dealers, and affiliate-style recruiters. I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who can help source, approach, qualify, and hand off potential partners to my internal team.

Your role:
• Identify potential partners inside crypto, gaming, betting, and iGaming communities
• Reach out, start conversations, and pre-qualify candidates based on simple criteria
• Collect basic info + contact details
• Submit leads to our internal team for the final onboarding step
• Provide daily/weekly status updates

Target regions:
North America, LATAM, Europe, Africa, and parts of Asia.

Ideal candidate:
• Experience in iGaming, community outreach, affiliate management, or lead sourcing
• Comfortable speaking with community admins, small dealers, and micro-influencers
• Ability to approach people professionally via LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and niche forums

Deliverables:
• A list of pre-qualified candidates (dealers/partners)
• Short notes on each prospect (background, relevance, willingness to join)
• Smooth handover to our internal onboarding team

Compensation:

If you have a proposal or preferred structure, feel free to suggest it, I’m open to reviewing reasonable options.

For the test phase, we will use a milestone-based structure through PeoplePerHour.

The performance-based compensation after the trial is:
• First activation: $50
• Activations #2–10: $20 each
• If you complete 10 activations within 2 weeks → starting from activation #11: $25 each

(All payments will be released via PPH after each verified activation.)
