Set Up TexAu Twitter + Email Outreach System (with Tracking)

I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist who can jump on 1–2 live Zoom sessions with me to teach me and help set up a multi-channel outreach system using TexAu + GoLogin + Google Sheets (or Airtable).

The goal is simple:
I already have 4 warmed-up Twitter accounts with content and engagement history.
I now need to get them running automated DM campaigns safely, track replies, and then follow up via email for anyone who doesn’t respond on Twitter.

I have been struggling to work out how to get the twitter handles and just get the thing off the ground. We have logins and subs to gologin and texau and so I need you to guide me over zoom and teach me so accounts don't get banned.

You’ll need to:

Review and connect GoLogin + TexAu correctly (verify proxies, accounts, and session stability).

Show me how to find and upload target Twitter handles (from CSV, searches, or followers).

Set up automated DM campaigns with custom message templates and safe daily limits.

Create reply-tracking workflow so all DM responses are logged in Google Sheets or Airtable, including handle, message, timestamp, and status.

Configure “auto-stop” rules so once someone replies, the campaign pauses for that user and marks them as “Warm.”

Set up follow-up email automation for non-repliers (show how to enrich contacts and send)

Build a simple lead dashboard to track Twitter replies, email responses, and follow-ups all in one place preferably in google sheets

Teach me how to duplicate and manage future campaigns myself.

Reddit Keyword Scraper & Engagement Automation:

Set up TexAu or a similar workflow to monitor new Reddit threads based on specific keywords (e.g. “AEO/GEO,” “Personal Branding,” etc.).

Auto-pull high-engagement posts into a Google Sheet and, optionally, post insightful, non-spammy comments or resource links under trending threads.

Show me how to run it safely and ethically (no spam).

Outcome:
By the end, I’ll have:

Fully working, safe Twitter DM + Email follow-up automation system.

Live tracking dashboard for leads and replies.

The knowledge to replicate and manage campaigns myself.

Project length: 1–2 days (6–10 hours total)
Format: Live Zooms setup + practical implementation + handover notes
Deliverables: System live and functioning, plus all setup docs/templates.
