Promotion of a discord server to gain members

I run a discord server with 622 members, and I am looking to hire someone who can help me achieve a threshold of around 20-30 new members a week. Whilst also ensuring said new members have an incentive to stay and become active members. Any ideas on how to keep a thriving server would be appreciated, as I am looking to build a stronger sense of community. So far, I have achieved this via regular game nights, competitions, and movie screenings.

The type of promotional work I'm seeking would ideally be social media oriented. With the target audience being around 13-19 year olds within the gaming, movie enthusiast, and pop culture sphere. The social media platforms I have in mind include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Reddit ect... As well as any SEO work.

To gain traction/interest for a discord server, external advertising is a requirement. As it's essentially a self contained group within an existing website that has little to no in house advertising nor an existing search function for servers. I would like the main focus to be on visibility and drawing in new members that will not only stay, but be engaged and participate in our regular game nights and events.

I'm interested in hiring an individual who has experience with discord as a platform, possesses skills that would be useful to advertise to the core audience, and is willing to provide me with evidence of their past work.
