North West UK Marketer – Startup App Launch & Ongoing Growth

I’m looking for a UK-based freelance marketing partner, ideally located in Manchester, Cheshire or elsewhere in the North West, to support the launch and ongoing growth of a new marketplace app.

Matasha is a new marketplace specifically for the carpet and flooring industry. It connects customers looking for flooring with local suppliers and fitters, allowing customers to post one enquiry and receive responses from relevant local businesses.

The app is ready to launch, branding and initial launch content are already in place, and I’m now looking for someone who can work with me on the marketing and growth side of the business rather than starting everything from scratch.

I’m particularly looking for support with:

* Social media strategy and ongoing content
* Instagram, Facebook and TikTok growth
* Genuine community engagement — not just scheduling posts
* Growing our customer AND supplier/fitter communities
* Local North West awareness and outreach
* Launch and post-launch campaigns
* Content ideas and creation
* SEO and improving organic visibility
* Identifying opportunities for collaborations, local PR and partnerships
* Looking at performance and adapting what we’re doing based on what actually generates registrations, enquiries and downloads

This is a bootstrapped startup, so I’m not looking for agency-level fees or a large monthly retainer at this stage. I’d rather find a talented freelancer who likes the concept and would be interested in becoming an ongoing marketing partner as Matasha grows.

Initially we are launching in the North West, with plans to expand across the UK, so local knowledge would be a big advantage.
