Marketing Manager / Growth Strategist Needed for Restaurant

We are a new Turkish–Persian restaurant inside The Galleria in Hatfield. We are looking for an experienced marketing person who can work on-site 2–3 days a week and help us bring more customers in.

The job includes:

Planning weekly marketing activity

Running basic Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook)

Improving our social media presence (strategy only – not filming)

Working with our content creator

Promoting our food menus and cocktail bar

Reaching out to local groups, university, offices, and community pages

Creating simple graphics or posts when needed

Giving us ideas on how to grow and increase footfall

We need someone who has real experience, can work independently, and can start as soon as possible.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who knows how to get results, especially for local businesses.
