Your Mission
Own our entire direct-to-customer marketing launch. Target: 2,000 paying 'Growth' tier members. You'll build our marketing engine from scratch - no inherited team, just pure opportunity.
What You'll Do
Design & execute multi-channel strategy (PPC, Social, Affiliates, Email)
Build, test & optimise conversion funnels from Day 1
Write high-converting copy for all touchpoints
Manage paid campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn) with laser focus on ROI
Create website content, brief designers, storyboard videos
Build your own AI agent team to 10x your output
You Are
Growth Marketing Expert: Proven track record scaling SaaS/membership products from launch
Paid Media Master: Deep hands-on experience with successful social/PPC campaigns
AI Power User: Already using ChatGPT/Gemini to drive real marketing results
Hands-On Doer: You write the copy, build the campaigns, get it done
Direct Response Pro: You understand sales psychology and write copy that converts
Commercially Smart: Know when to outsource vs DIY, with network or sourcing skills
Self-Starter: Thrive on autonomy with our "Freedom & Responsibility" culture
