Branding & Growth Marketing Specialist

Overview
We're looking for a hands-on marketer to build our brand identity from the ground up and drive consistent traffic to our website. This isn't a "post and pray" role — we need someone who understands how branding, content, and distribution work together to grow an audience.

Scope of Work
• Develop and execute a cohesive branding strategy — visual identity, tone of voice, positioning
• Plan and run social media campaigns focused on traffic generation and audience engagement
• Identify and leverage current marketing trends, platforms, and formats (short-form video, UGC, community-driven content, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and iterate — we care about results, not activity

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience building a brand presence (portfolio or case studies preferred)
• Strong understanding of organic and paid social media channels
• Up to date with what's actually working in 2026, not recycling 2020 playbooks
• Self-starter who can own the strategy end-to-end, not just execute tasks handed to them
