Growth & Outreach Freelancer (Startup Launch)

We are launching SkillSwipe, an innovative peer-to-peer (P2P) learning platform. Think of us as a network where learning happens through direct exchange: you teach what you know and learn what you need.

The Challenge: We are seeking a motivated and "hands-on" freelancer to lead our user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will not focus on vanity metrics, but on bringing real people onto the platform.

Responsibilities:

Targeted Outreach: Identify and approach students, professionals, and creators who would benefit from our community.

Real User Acquisition: Ensure that users do not just visit the site, but complete the sign-up process and fill out their profiles entirely.

Real Engagement: Incentivize and confirm the first "skill swaps" between users.

What we are looking for:

Experience with Growth Hacking, Sales, or Community Management.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to find users in specific niches.
