Zendesk & Outlook Signatures Setup

We have a completed signature design, provided as an image (banner-style). We now need a freelancer to:

Convert this design into a functional HTML email signature

Adjust the design where needed so it displays correctly in:

- Zendesk (simple HTML block)
- Outlook (strict HTML format)

What We Need You To Deliver
1. Zendesk Email Signature (HTML)

- Convert the provided design into a clean, working HTML signature
- Adjust spacing, layout, and structure so it renders correctly in Zendesk
- Add user-specific details for each agent (we will supply names/titles)
- Provide final versions that are ready to paste into Zendesk

2. Outlook Email Signature (HTML)
- Rebuild the signature so it works properly in Outlook (Windows + Web version)
- Ensure all styles are inline and Outlook-safe
- Test the layout to ensure the design does not distort
- Provide final HTML files or blocks for each user

Technical Requirements:
- Must be experienced in HTML email compatibility
- Must understand the limitations of Zendesk + Outlook
- Must ensure signatures remain visually faithful to the original design
- Must handle slight adjustments or layout modifications if required for rendering

Deliverables
- Individual signature HTML files for each user (Zendesk + Outlook versions)
- Instructions for installing each signature
- Clean, well-structured code that keeps the original design intact

Timeline
- Ideally completed within 24–48 hours
