Virtual Marketing Assistant

We run and operate websites in education, online learning and coaching industries.
We are looking for a talented virtual Marketing Assistant to join our time.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing existing marketing plan for each website
- Creation of Sales Funnels for each set of products on each website. We use ActiveCampaign for our communication.
- Write effective sales and communication copy for transactional and sales emails
- Design impressive emails based on our brand guidelines using page building tools in ActiveCampaign
- Email automation
- Community Support

You must have expert knowledge of the following tools:
- WordPress
- Google Docs, Sheets and Presentations
- ActiveCampaign
- Dropbox
- Asana
- Slack
- Zappier
- Calendly
- Zoom

Preferably, you will have experience of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- AdobeXD
- AdobeSpark

We are looking for an individual that:
- Is self-directed
- Takes responsibility for their role
- Has excellent reasoning skills
- Is efficient
- Takes time to solve issues and does just rush to find an answer
- Will have fluent English language skills (do not apply if your English is not fluent).
- Will create error free communications
- Will be available daily at agreed times to carry out tasks
- Will liaise with other key members in the team
