Description
I’m looking for a UK-based Virtual Assistant to provide steady, part-time support across three key areas: CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and general virtual assistance to support me in my role as Managing Partner of an operational advisory firm.
This is a remote freelance role offering a trusted, ongoing working relationship for someone organised, reliable, and discreet. You’ll be working directly with me to keep marketing and outreach activity moving and provide admin support around operational tasks and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep LinkedIn Sales Navigator activity on track (saved leads, messaging follow-up, basic outreach and inbox admin)
- Use HubSpot to support structured outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences in tandem with LinkedIn activity
- General VA tasks as they arise – scheduling, light research, inbox help, occasional formatting or data organisation
- Light support across newsletters, thought leadership content, and LinkedIn visibility (posting and sharing)
- We occasionally support clients with recruitment projects, contacting candidates, filtering type conversations, etc.
Ideal Background:
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot (confident using both independently)
- Comfortable with general executive support and marketing-related tasks
- Reliable, well-organised, and good with written communication
- UK-based and used to working remotely with senior professionals
- Strong written and verbal English essential.

You don’t need to be on-call, just dependable, pragmatic, and good at keeping things tidy and moving forward. Ideal for someone who enjoys supporting at senior level without micromanagement.
