To Design a marketing template to be placed on Mail Chimp x 2

We are looking for someone, to design a template for mail chimp, this is for a training company. The winning bidder would need to undertake the following process, as we do have our own mail chimp account already in place.

(1) Design the template , to market the training company, one will be specifically geared up to mandatory Training and the other for general first aid.
(2) Would need to include several alterations, in relation to the design until feeling happy with the content
(3) To place the template in situ onto mail chimp
(4) We, would also require you to send out the template to companies, via our mail chimp account, the email address will be supplied, for this process to be undertake, which will be basically cut and past into the sending of email. This will be undertaken over the week period, however this will only take an hour over the week period.
