Responsive email coding from design file.

The attached design will be used for email marketing. Please create a coded version using HTML & CSS which we can be edited and sent out. These emails should be responsive (mobile friendly).
The main mail clients we use are Act! Pro v18 and Campaign monitor, so the designed template has to be compatible with both of these clients.
Our client bases is mostly B2b so it is important the templates work well in outlook, as well as all other email clients.
