Newsletter Growth & Conversion Specialist

I’m building The Mindful Wardrobe, a newsletter and e-commerce concept focused on sustainable fashion, curated brands, and overstock boutiques.

I currently have 350 free subscribers and my goal is to reach 400 PAID subscribers by August.

I’m looking for someone who can help me grow the newsletter and improve conversion to paid subscriptions, not just send emails.

What I need help with:
• Improving my newsletter content structure to increase engagement
• Creating a clear strategy to convert free subscribers into paid members
• Setting up and optimising Beehiiv email flows (welcome sequence, etc.)
• Suggesting ideas for lead magnets or growth tactics
• Helping define and position my paid offer (€4.99/month / €50 yearly)
• Potentially advising on content ideas that drive subscriber growth


Ideal candidate:
• Experience with Beehiiv, Substack, or similar newsletter platforms
• Strong understanding of newsletter growth + paid conversion
• Experience working with content-driven brands or creators
• Bonus: interest in fashion, sustainability, or e-commerce


Goal:

Build a system that:
• Grows the newsletter consistently
• Converts subscribers into paying members
• Helps reach 400 paid subscribers
