Newsletter Designer & Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to create and send two professional newsletters per month for CR Vacation Properties, a luxury vacation rental company in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.

The newsletters should have a polished, upscale travel feel while remaining warm, engaging, and focused on generating inquiries and direct bookings.

Responsibilities:

Create two newsletters per month in Constant Contact
Write and edit engaging email copy
Design attractive, mobile-friendly layouts
Feature our luxury villas, special offers, travel tips, wildlife, local activities, and Manuel Antonio experiences
Include strong calls to action that direct readers to our website
Schedule each newsletter after receiving our approval
Review open rates, clicks, and overall performance
Maintain consistent branding across all emails

We will provide access to Constant Contact, property information, photos, promotions, and general content ideas. However, we need someone creative who can also suggest newsletter topics and turn our information into professional campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience using Constant Contact
Strong email copywriting and design skills
Experience with luxury travel, hospitality, or vacation rentals is preferred
Excellent written English
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and mobile optimization
