Marketing for self-published author

I am an independent crime author. I need a marketing assistant to work remotely on sourcing marketing opportunities. Work would involve
1. Emailing potential reviewers and submitting review copies
2. Finding websites promoting independent/ self-published authors.
3. Assisting with development of Goodreads/ website blog.
4. Suggestions as appropriate for marketing activity
5. Up to three hours per week probably until the end of November 2014
6. Native English language speakers only.
7. Please provide hourly rate. The contract will be on a month by month basis.
