Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a marketing assistant to generate, develop, and schedule marketing materials for a non-profit organization.
We use constant contact.com marketing program for invitations and promotions. We need someone to develop and maintain invitations, schedule campaigns, and generally stay on top of a marketing schedule for the organizations events and opportunities. Our templates and marketing is already developed so the job is to update things for upcoming events and activities by entering and updating information, adding speakers, etc. Must be EXCELLENT with details and sticking to deadlines.
