Mailchimp Setup Help for a Chef’s Creative Hospitality Projects

Hi! I’m a chef running a few creative hospitality projects — two restaurants and a small boutique stay.
I’ve been using Mailchimp for a bit, but I know it could be much better. I’d love someone friendly and experienced to help me set up Mailchimp properly so I can send warm, personal updates to my guests and patrons.
