Mailchimp email newlestter template with a Seasons Greets ecard marketing campaign

I have an estate agency based in West London called Citydeal Estates.

I have just started to use mail chimp. I want your help to set up a clean crisp layout so we can send out campaigns going forward. Style: clean, crisp and simple.

Using that template, I also want a universal seasons greetings (ecard) campaign which i can send to clients suppliers.

Turnaround time: needs to be quite quick. Some helpful material is attached to this email.
