Mailchimp Campaign & Automation GURU (Sequences+Integration)

We are looking for an experienced Mailchimp Campaign & Automation Specialist to help us build and deploy structured outbound campaigns.

This role is about systems and execution, not copywriting.
All email templates and campaign logic will be provided.

The goal is to create repeatable, well-integrated campaigns that push users toward a form-based intake system.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Set up and configure Mailchimp audiences, tags, and segments
• Build email sequences and automations using supplied templates
• Create and manage multiple campaigns (approx. 4 core campaigns)
• Ensure campaigns correctly route users to JotForm links
• Help structure basic engagement scoring (opens, clicks, replies, interest)
• Advise on best-practice Mailchimp setup for scale (2,000+ contacts)
• Work collaboratively with us after setup to refine and improve flows

Integrations & Flow (Important)

You will be working within this system:
• Mailchimp → Email Campaigns
• Email CTA → JotForm
• JotForm → Trello (already configured)
• Optional: advise on WhatsApp or follow-up logic (not mandatory)

You do not need to manage Trello or forms — just ensure Mailchimp feeds into them cleanly.

• Proven experience with Mailchimp automations & sequences
• Comfortable setting up tags, segments, and campaign logic
• Understands lead qualification via email engagement
• Structured, calm, and systems-focused
• Able to explain what you’re doing clearly
