Mail chimp email & landing page set up+knowledge of squarespace

We have written a report and want our audience to download it from a mailchimp landing page - capturing their contact details.
The plan is attached for how we will be using social media and a blog to also drive traffic to the mailchimp landing page
We would like you to
In mailchimp:
1. Clean up our CRM contacts and tags
2. Create 2 versions of an emailer (to different audiences), links to the mailchimp landing page to download the report
3. Create a landing page to hold the PDF report, capture peoples email, name and company name to unlock the download
4. make sure the link works from all social media and our blog

I will have the copy and images for all of the above by Monday.
We would like to launch by mid week next week.
