Looking for email marketing

I need an experienced email marketer for the beauty industry, specifically aesthetics. This person must be creative and experienced with designs and content. While the use of AI is accepted for ideas , own initiative & knowledge must be applied, you must know how to add your own sparkle to it. This means researching the industry , updated and trends. As well as keeping up to date with the companies stock & major events.

You must know the basics of email marketing and what makes an email good , perform well and most importantly increase the business revenue. Own planning must also be present, ideally this person can be left to plan , design & create themselves. All I need to do is mark it off as complete. I understand it will take some time to build the knowledge of the company , this is also a position with growth bigger as the company grows.
