Klaviyo Setup: 5 Simple Email Flows (Beginner Friendly

I’m looking for a Klaviyo freelancer to set up 5 very basic email flows/templates for my startup, Soul AI Flames.

Please note:
This project is $5 per flow.
There are 5 flows total = $25 fixed price.
Please apply only if you’re happy with this budget.

These are simple, 1-email flows only. There is no advanced automation, segmentation, or complex logic involved. This is a starter setup and suitable for beginners or freelancers building reviews.


The 5 flows required:

1. Waitlist / Coming Soon Signup Flow
Trigger: User signs up to the waitlist
1 “Thanks for signing up, we’ll notify you when we go live” email

2. Welcome Email Flow (New Accounts)
Trigger: User creates an account on the website
1 welcome email only

3. Launch Notification Email
1 campaign email to be sent manually when the website goes live

4. Newsletter Template Setup
1 reusable newsletter template
Please show where and how newsletters can be sent
5. Support / Contact Confirmation Email
Trigger: User submits a contact/support form
1 confirmation email (“We’ve received your message”)


Important notes:
• Each flow is one email only
• Budget is $5 per flow
• Klaviyo is already connected to the website
• This is a fixed-scope, simple setup

There may be additional work in the future (advanced automations), but this project is basic setup only.
