I need help with Mailchimp & sign up pages to get a download

I'm looking to create a downloads page on my clients' website which takes you to sign up pages to download the associated documents.

I've been trying to figure it out on Mailchimp but it just doesn't seem to work.

It either subscribes people to a newsletter that I don't want them to get (if they didn't tick for marketing) or doesn't send them the brochure.

Can I have someone in the UK (ONLY!) to support me on this please?

End result is to sign up with an email address to receive the brochure (they don't have to sign up to the mailing list and shouldn't have to do so to get the brochure)

have put a rough price but open to someone helping in the most appropriate way/time. For someone who knows this, I'm sure it's easy work but Mailchimp is getting confusing now!
