I need automations set up via Brevo

I have Brevo for my marketing campaign/crm. I have an annual pdf to share that i want to send to contacts in the crm and make available as a download where i capture details via a landing page. I want this to set up automations for getting customers to book in for my term program. I take bookings and payment via jotform & strip integrated. i just wante a more stremalined and efficient capturing of lead details and prompted automations to ensure follow up with manually doing this. I have built forms/landing pages but i cant get the correct integrations and capturing.
