I need an email template to encourage sign ups

I have launched a website and need a good email marketing template(s) to help me attract businesses to sign up.

To give a quick overview, it is an online restaurant reservations platform. I am trying to get restaurants to sign up for the platform. The USP that my platform offers is that it is much cheaper than anything out there. Typically, a reservations platform charges a monthly fee as well as a fee per cover (a single person in a booking). My platform charges only £1 per cover.

I have mocked an email (attached) that I use to portray that information. Because my platform is still relatively new and I am pretty unknown, I am targeting smaller businesses that may not be able to afford other reservation platforms. I am aiming to encourage them to go for this platform because it's affordable and the idea is, if we don't generate any business, then they don't pay anything.

Registration isn't exclusive to small businesses only, however, I feel like that would be a good market to focus on.

The email template needs to portray this information. I don't know if you would recommend having a separate email for small businesses, and another for slightly bigger ones. One email for both would be ideal.
