I need a mailing list to be created

I would like some help in putting together a mailing list of the following (based in London):
-PRIVATE nurseries (nursery manager emails): 10 per borough
-PRIVATE primary schools (headteacher or headmaster email, or SENco=special needs coordinator, preferably, not the admin office, however in the case you don't find the headteacher, admin will do): 10 per borough
-yoga studios (manager email): 10 per borough

in the following boroughs of London, UK:
Camden
Hackney
Islington
westminster
Kensington and Chelsea
Tower Hamlets
southwark
Wandsworth

It's 240 emails in total.
I would need a file with:
name of school/studio - location - manager name and email address
please let me know in your bid the total amount hours you expect to need, and if you can choose a borough and sand me a sample (1 private nursery, 1 private primary, 1 yoga studio)
