I have 11 email lists with 11K people, do one-off email blast.

I have a total 11,500 individuals on 11 emails lists. I want them all to be emailed using a suitable service in a single email blast as follows.

1. Create an email based on content that i supply with text and a logo
2. Import the mailing list to email application
3. Send out using a suitable emailing software an email to the whole list
4. Provide statistics on delivery, opens and clicks.

You cannot sell, transfer or reuse the mailing list after this campaign. If you win this project you do not have the right to the mailing list and / or any data on it.
