HTML Email Build

I am looking for a somebody to build me a HTML email (this will be regular work)

I have just started a reformer gym/yoga studio and we are starting classes on Sept 1st - I would like everybody who has purchased memberships so far to receive a 'welcome to Sculpt' email with directions on how to access the door and how to book their classes

I would also like to email another 300 people (data I have already captured) with offers/saying that we are now open and you can book classes with links to the booking system and website etc...

I have colourschemes etc in my head but this is a new world to me and not sure on the process - I also have a mail chimp account but would like to talk to somebody asap about the process etc... also get them to design the first email

I could do with this email being sent out by 20th August at midday GMT
