The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist to optimise and refine our email marketing. You’ll work with our brand guidelines and creative direction from our in-house design team to ensure everything feels consistent and polished. The goal is to improve performance and conversions without reinventing the wheel.
What You’ll Do
Review and optimise our existing Klaviyo flows, including:
Welcome series
Abandoned cart
Browse abandonment
Post-purchase (upsell, cross-sell, review requests)
Win-back/re-engagement
Improve segmentation (new, repeat, high-value, lapsed).
Align email design and copy with our existing brand style.
Set up and optimise email capture strategies (pop-ups, sign-up forms, incentives).
Monitor results and recommend ongoing improvements.
Provide clear handover notes so our team can manage day-to-day.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Klaviyo optimisation for e-commerce brands.
Understanding of lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies.
Ability to collaborate with designers and stay on-brand.
Strong analytical approach — able to suggest tweaks that lift conversions.
Experience with Magento 2 integration is a plus.
