Finding Accurate Contact Email Addresses

Looking to receive quote - budget was guideline only
We have a list of circa 5,500 UK companies with circa 9,000 contacts within those companies (the contacts are shareholders).
We are looking to obtain as a minimum 1 contacts email address per company.
We DO NOT want general company email addresses - i.e. - info@ etc - but the individuals specific company email address.
The work will be broken down into phases - initially we will request 1,000 email addresses and subject to accuracy we will then request the remaining email addresses.
The list supplied will consist of the contacts first name / surname and the company name and the exercise is to obtain the individuals company email address.
